The incidents are reviewed by a dedicated Account Manager who is legally qualified. Providing continual updates and statistical reporting that enables our clients control over their exposure.
Our close association with Insurance Law firms enables us to refer and liaise with Jays legal panel, these costs, when appropriate, are absorbed in the flat fee offered for the management of your claims.
